We use this tool to get a snap shot of what the buyers are buying and also which the top investors are.

This tool is used most when it comes to growing and scaling your business.

In the beginning we target niche lists of motivated sellers, but as you scale and grow you will need to move away from these lists and target lists that may not have as much motivation.

For example absentee owners. Its a great list to use when scaling because its large but there isn’t much motivation there.
